I love that I started to make Riley skirts...I can make them in fun prints in 15 mins. They are more my style than the fluffy ones and she rocks leggings and jeggins so perfect to put over top!! Love the eclectic look...
Just 1/4 yard of fabric and 15" of elastic... Presto!!
